over the years that out of town property owners
have been getting the short end of the stick.
Their
are Real Estate and Property Management Companies
flat out ripping you off. I have seen and heard
of horror stories where agents trying to sell
houses, say these homes need minor repair and
even have there so called inspectors inspect the
homes. when in fact these house are in need of
major repair.
I have also seen
these companies
make the bulk of there money from selling and
repair of theses properties.
I have personally written a estimate with a
total of $5500 and watched
the guy turn around a write a new estimate for
$7500 and submit it to the owner. I have also
heard of companies submitting a bid and then
hiring day labors to do a far from professional
job.
Bottom line is we are
not a Real Estate/Property management company. We are a
honest maintenance and repair company in the
Greater San Antonio area.
